We started from the very beginning, working together to understand the overall vision and budget before the property was even purchased. Utilizing our Real Estate services allowed us to have a full view of the properties pros and cons, ability to advise more accurately on what the property was worth versus what it will be worth after bringing the vision to life.

Interior Design - Full Service
The Affect.'s concept began at our Interior Design services. This project utilized our full service option including but not limited to floor plans, paint, furniture and lighting proposals, styling etc. As this property in particular needed quite a big overhaul to create the space our clients needed, my design eye was with us every step of the way from our first showing until... well, forever. As the Interiors are just about completed, we will begin the exterior transformation next!

Project Management - Client Rep
Our PM services are not based within construction but within all of the little (or big) details needed to bring a full gut renovation to life. Identifying and partnering with the best vendors, managing deliveries, consultations, schedules etc. Some clients want to know everything at all times, others want to know you have it covered and will advise when needed. We take the trust our clients put in our hands very seriously and work to provide the most seamless experience for both them and our vendor partners.
Montauk Project
